This testing will offer insights into the proofing process and how to master the art of bourbon tasting, including identifying and noting a range of flavor profile characteristics. Master Distiller Owen Martin and his team have curated three barrels for you to enjoy during this exclusive experience. To inspire your selection, you and up to five guests will be given a personalized tour of the distillery with a tasting session of the three Angel's Envy single barrel bourbons.

The tour includes a behind the scenes visit, during which will delve into the distillation process, exploring everything from the grains and fermenters to the finishing room and bottling line. You will conclude the tour by stealing bourbon from one of the single barrels selected for you. Ultimately, you will select the barrel that suits your palate best.

After you choose your barrel, it will be ready for pickup at Louisville distillery within six weeks of your selection date. Expect a minimum yield of bottles neatly housed in cases.
