Campo Viejo Cava Brut Rose

Campo Viejo Cava Brut Rose is a sparkling rose wine from Penedes, Spain, crafted using the traditional method, the most revered technique for producing quality sparkling wines. This well balanced and food friendly wine showcases a bright pink color with pink hues, and its delicate, persistent bubbles are the result of a second fermentation in the bottle. On the nose, it offers delicate and powerful aromas of vibrant ripe red berries and floral tones, complemented by subtle hints of yeast. The palate reveals luscious red fruit character with sweet spots and hints of apple, balanced by a medium body and refreshing acidity, all enhanced by its delicate sparkle.

Made from the local Trepat grape variety, traditionally used for rose wines, the grapes are harvested early in the growing season, both by hand and machine, to preserve freshness.
