Made from a Primarily Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blend, the grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, known as methode champenoise, which creates its fine bubbles and complex flavors. Domaine Ste.
