Linie Aquavit Liqueur

Linie Aquavit Liqueur is a unique potato based spirit distilled in pot stills with a special blend of Nordic herbs and spices, including caraway and star anise, which gives it its distinctive flavor. After distillation, the aquavit is matured in Oloroso sherry casks while embarking on a long sea journey, crossing the Equator twice. This maturation process imparts rich flavors of vanilla, sherry, and subtle hints of wood, resulting in an extraordinarily smooth and well balanced spirit with 41.5% alcohol by volume (ABV).

Linie Aquavit is best enjoyed in a tulip shaped glass at room temperature, allowing its enticing aromas to unfold fully. It pairs wonderfully with smoked salmon, marinated fish, and other mild flavored seafood dishes. This exceptional aquavit has been cherished since 1805 and is a beloved favorite among enthusiasts.
