McManis Pinot Noir

McManis Pinot Noir is a delicious, creamy red wine produced from grapes grown in the Lodi region of California, an area renowned for its ideal grape-growing environment and warm Mediterranean climate. To achieve the perfect sugar levels and balanced acidity, the estate-grown Pinot Noir grapes used to make the wine were harvested at the peak of ripeness.

The grapes undergo 6 to 9 days of skin contact to extract rich color and complexity before being gently pressed. Stainless steel tanks are used for fermentation to keep the fruit's natural brightness, followed by six months of aging in French and American oak barrels. This process gives the wine structure and warmth without overpowering its fruit character. With a 13.5% alcohol by volume (ABV), McManis Pinot Noir offers a refined and appealing flavor that reflects a dedication to detail in every step of its production.

In the glass, it presents a vibrant light purple to ruby hue. The aroma is expressive, with notes of ripe red cherry, strawberry cream, raspberry, and hints of violet, vanilla, and cola.
