Perrier-Jouet Blason Rose is a charismatic Champagne that stands out as the gourmet cuvee of the Maison. Inspired by the Blason de France prestige cuvees introduced in 1955 and served in some of the world's finest restaurants, it was created with gastronomy in mind. This Champagne showcases the floral nuances of Chardonnay from Chouilly, Avize, and Oger in the Cote des Blancs, balanced with the fullness of Meunier. Meanwhile, Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reims lend strength and structure, making it ideal for food pairing. A small portion of red wines, obtained by macerating Pinot Noir grapes on their skins, lends the Champagne its distinctive salmon-pink color with brilliant copper highlights.

This Champagne Rose is bottled at 12% alcohol by volume (ABV), which pairs beautifully with dishes like seared tuna, veal carpaccio, and sheep's milk cheeses, making it a versatile choice to accompany an entire meal rather than being reserved only for dessert.
